At the start of their musical journey, singer Majid Al-Maskati and producer Jordan Ullman united their talents to form a partnership now globally known as Majid Jordan. The R&B duo blessed dance aficionados everywhere with the release of their debut EP, Afterhours, catching the attention of Noah “40” Shebib and signing to OVO Sound.
From working with Drake to co-producing and co-writing the 2013 6x-platinum smash hit “Hold On We’re Going Home,” Majid Jordan has continuously evolved their sound over the years, creating a subgenre uniquely their own. Both Majid and Jordan have co-written and co-produced tracks for a host of artists, including Drake, Beyoncé, DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and more.
In addition to their production contributions, the duo has released several studio albums of their own, including Majid Jordan (2016), The Space Between (2017), and Wildest Dreams (2021). These releases have included collaborations with artists such as Khalid, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and MK & Paul Woolford.
A decade after they produced their first project, Afterhours, they paid homage to their beginnings with the release of Good People in November 2023 — uniform to the name they once went by. Following their highly anticipated return, the boys are back and ready to explode onto the scene with music that feels and sounds good.
